Watch Your Tan Develop

Tanning stickers come in all shapes and sizes, some of the more common of which are dolphins, smiley faces, playboy bunnies, and hearts - just to name a few. These stickers are used by some for tracking the progress of their tanning, and by others as a way to create cute temporary "tattoos". They work by simply blocking the UV light from reaching the skin underneath the sticker, for this reason it's important to carefully place the tanning sticker in the same location during each indoor tanning visit.

Many tanning salons offer tanning stickers free of charge. The stickers are very inexpensive, and tanning salon customers enjoy the perk. Such stickers also provide a way for the customer to track the progress of his or her tan. This way they know how their tan is developing - or fading.

Sunless tanning enthusiasts also enjoy using tanning stickers. The stickers are especially effective when sunless tanning by way of spray tanning, aerosol tanning, or mystic tan. Generally any sunless tanning scheme which doesn't disturb the tanning sticker should work. If you're really careful I imagine you could use taning stickers with sunless tanning lotion or even tan towels.
